Forty five years as faculty member at Kansas State University. Teachers include George Etheridge, Donald Sinta, Fred Hemke, Raymond Lynch, Gerald Welker, James Cobb, and James Cochran. Former member and soloist with the U.S. Army Jazz Ambassadors and the United States Armed Forces Bicentennial Band, Washington, D.C. Doctorate and Master's degrees from The Catholic University of America; Bachelor's degree from the University of Memphis.
