Anna Roach

Dr. Anna Roach, a freelance performer and educator based in Oklahoma City, maintains a private studio and teaches at the University of Central Oklahoma. She has performed with orchestras like Lubbock Symphony, Abilene Philharmonic, and Oklahoma Composer’s Orchestra. As part of the Texas Tech Woodwind Quintet, she earned a fellowship at the Chamber Music Institute in Nebraska. Anna is a D’Addario Woodwinds Reserve Method Clinician, providing masterclasses and lectures in Oklahoma and Texas. She focuses on researching and performing works by female composers and her dissertation on Deon Nielsen Price received acclaim at the International Clarinet Association’s Clarinetfest. Dr. Roach's activities encompass chamber recitals, school concerts, outreach programs, masterclasses, and new music performances. She plays Selmer Prestige clarinets with D'Addario Reserve mouthpieces and Reserve Classic reeds.
