Guy Touvron has played over 3,500 concerts to date. He was a winner of three International Grand Prix – Munich, Geneva and Prague. He has played with English Chamber Orchestra, Mozarteum of Salzburg, Scala of Milan, Festival Strings of Lucerne, Chamber Orchestra of Prague, Symphonia Varsovia, Ensemble Orchestral of Paris, Orchester d'Auvergne, Orchester de chambre de Toulouse as well as with numerous symphonic ensembles: Orchester National de Lyon, du Capitole de Toulouse, de Lille, de Lorraine, de la Garde Républicaine de Paris, Philharmonic de Dresden, Orchester de la Radio bavaroise, Czech Philharmonic, Berlin Philharmonic, Scala in Milan, Salle Pleyel, Royal Albert Hall in London, Konzertwerein in Vienna.He is a full professor at the Conservatoire Supérieur de Paris (CNR), at the Schola Cantorum, officer of the French National Order of Merit and Knight of Arts and Letters.
