Joshua Norton

Joshua Norton is the lead trumpet for the North American tour of the Broadway Show Les Miserables. He holds a BM from Indiana University, a MM from Manhattan School of Music, and a DMA from the University of Southern California. Mr. Norton studied with Marie Speziale, Tom Smith, Don Green, and Boyde Hood. Prior to taking the Les Miserables tour in 2017, Joshua appeared as guest principal trumpet of the Czech National Symphony Orchestra in the North American tour of Star Trek: Ultimate Voyage for the 50th anniversary of the series. He has performed with the New York Philharmonic, Los Angeles Philharmonic, Nashville Symphony, American Ballet Theater, and American Symphony Orchestra.
