Michael Rusinek

Michael Rusinek, the accomplished principal clarinetist of the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra since 1998, is recognized for his artistry. Graduating from the Curtis Institute of Music, where he studied under Donald Montanaro, Rusinek previously served as assistant principal clarinet with the National Symphony Orchestra. He has held prominent roles in prestigious orchestras globally, including the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam.
