Scott Sheehan
Conn Selmer Educational Clinician
A nationally recognized advocate and leader for the advancement of music education, Scott Sheehan is the Director of Bands and Music Department Chair at the Hollidaysburg Area Senior High School in Hollidaysburg, PA where he directs the Symphonic Wind Ensemble, Concert Band, Jazz Band, Marching Band and teaches AP Music Theory, Fundamentals of Guitar, and an elective course Rock, Rap, and Revolution! In addition to duties at Hollidaysburg, Scott is the National President for the National Association for Music Education and is active with the Pennsylvania Music Educators Association. He is an Educational Clinician for Conn-Selmer. Scott was a finalist for the 2019 GRAMMY Music Educator Award, the recipient of the 2022 PMEA James Stewart Distinguished Service Award and as well as the 2022 Outstanding Bandmaster by Phi Beta Mu International Bandmaster Fraternity Nu Chapter. Scott and his wife Amy are the proud parents of their daughter Ellie who attends Penn State University.
