The Selmer SFL201 flute marks the entry point to the outstanding line of a new generation of Selmer flutes. Building on the strengths of our popular Armstrong AFL201 flute, the SFL201 is enhanced by the Selmer acoustic with a sharp blowing edge which creates fast response, easy  articulation, and rich timbre in all registers. 

Strong nickel silver tubes and Y-arm keys add robust build quality, while elegant over and under cutting on the headjoint promote a full, mature sound. Packaged in a protective ABS case with a full accessory kit, the SFL201 student flute empowers the flute student to progress easily on their musical journey. 

Every Selmer flute is professionally set up, play-tested, and optimally adjusted at the Conn-Selmer Woodwind Factory located in Elkhart, Indiana.
