The Leblanc LFL511 flute features a sterling silver head joint, Japanese nickel silver body and silver-plated key work with pointed arms, and options for open or closed holes, C or B foot, split E mechanism, and offset or inline G.
With a multi-tapered bore for optimal acoustic response and resonance, the head joint features a sharp blowing edge of the embouchure hole that creates a fast, easy response and articulation. Ideal for the advancing musician due to its effortless playability, the sterling silver head joint features elegant under and over cutting to provide rich, expressive, and even sound throughout all registers with lush, vibrant tonal color. The optional split E mechanism makes playing in the 3rd octave easier. Featuring pointed arms, the key work is hand assembled to create a feather-light, lightning-fast and fluid key action.
