Cai Isfryn

Cai Isfryn enjoys a varied performing career with chamber groups, classical and operatic orchestras, West End shows, as a session musician and as a soloist, having graduated from the Royal Northern College of Music (Bmus) and the Guildhall School of Music and Drama (Mmus) (supported by Arts Council of Wales and Help Musicians UK.)His freelance orchestral experience includes the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra, Welsh National Opera, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Bournemouth Symphony, Halle Orchestra, St. Petersburg Symphony Orchestra, Symphony Orchestra of India, guest principal with the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra and the principal trumpet of Ensemble Cymru Chamber group since 2010.A former member of Black Dyke Band, he has also competed with Fodens, Cory, Zone One and Eikanger Brass Bands.
