Chien-Kwan Lin, born in Singapore in 1972, has showcased his saxophone mastery worldwide. Renowned as a soloist and guest artist, he has shared his talent with esteemed ensembles like the United States Navy Band, Boston Modern Orchestra Project, and more. Lin's performances, lauded by critics in New York and Boston, exhibit his passionate yet restrained style. His recordings, such as Lei Liang's "Memories of Xiaoxiang," have received accolades including Amazon's "Best 20th/21st Century Classical of 2009" and a Pulitzer Prize Finalist mention.

As a professor at the Eastman School of Music, Lin cultivates emerging talents and continues to elevate the saxophone's prominence.
