David Alejandre
David Alejandre Diez is a complete Spanish trombonist. He plays classical, historical, and modern music. He has received classes from trombonists from orchestras such as RTVE, the Chicago Symphony, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Boston, etc.
He has also collaborated with various Spanish orchestras such as the RTVE Symphony Orchestra, Castilla y León Symphony Orchestra, Bilbao Orchestra, European Classical Orchestra, and more.
In 2005, he was selected by WASBE as the solo trombonist of the "International Youth Wind Orchestra" in Singapore.
From 2002 to 2007, he was the solo trombonist of the León Symphony Orchestra "Odón Alonso," and in 2007-2008, he was part of the Santander Municipal Band, also as a soloist.
With the sackbut, he collaborates with the ensemble “Semura Sonora” and “Cum Altam.” On the pedagogical level, he has taught classes in a good part of the Spanish geography, training students in schools, conservatories, summer courses, and young orchestras.
He is currently a trombone soloist in the Burgos Symphony Orchestra, is part of the Spanish jazz group "Suricato Morse," has a sackbut and Organ/clave duet with Delia Manzano, teaches at the "Miguel Manzano" Professional Conservatory of Zamora, and plays a “Vincent Bach” trombone brand.
