Greg Keel
Greg Keel, a prominent saxophonist, enriches the music community as a faculty member at MacPhail Center for Music and the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire. He also directs the jazz program and instructs saxophone at the Shell Lake Arts Center Summer Jazz Camps. Educated at the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire, Madison, and Concordia College, he studied under esteemed mentors like Harry Miedema and Brian Grivna. Keel's performances span a diverse spectrum, from the Minnesota Orchestra to legendary artists like Aretha Franklin and Bob Hope. An accomplished artist/clinician for Selmer Saxophones, he's actively involved in the International Association for Jazz Education.
