Jacob Rodriguez

Jacob Rodriguez, hailing from San Antonio, TX, ignited his saxophone journey at 11. He ventured to NYC for his Bachelor's and Master's at Manhattan School of Music, studying under Joe Temperley, Dick Oatts, Chris Rosenberg, and Justin DiCioccio. Rooted in NYC, Jacob collaborated with jazz luminaries like Ambrose Akinmusire, Robert Glasper, and performed with icons like Aretha Franklin. A member of Michael Bublé's band since 2007, he contributed to Grammy-winning albums and tours globally. Now based in Asheville, NC, Jacob thrives as an educator, recording artist, and performer across genres from soul to free jazz. He's currently enthralling audiences worldwide on Bublé's ongoing arena tour.
