Lacretia “TT” Bolden

Lacretia “T.T.” Bolden is a Cleveland, Ohio–born drummer whose musical journey began in church at just two years old. Raised in a deeply musical household, she traveled throughout the city performing alongside her mother, Lucretia Colston-Bolden, developing her craft and determination from an early age.She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Central State University, where she sang and played drums with the Grammy-nominated Central State University Chorus. During her time there, she expanded her versatility through jazz ensembles and local R&B and hip-hop bands, broadening her stylistic foundation.Lacretia’s dynamic playing has taken her internationally, touring annually across Germany, Italy, Austria, and Switzerland. She has performed with acclaimed artists including Richard Smallwood, Kim Burrell, Lashawn Pace, Kierra Sheard, The Clark Sisters, and The Cleveland Orchestra, bringing energy, precision, and musical depth to every stage she steps onto.
