Simeon Galduf
Born in Llíria, Spain, Simeon is the Principal Trombone of the Madrid Symphony Orchestra (OSM) and an acclaimed soloist and educator.His career has taken him across Europe, Asia, America, and Africa, performing at festivals and collaborating with prestigious ensembles such as Les Arts Florissants, Capella Reial de Catalunya, Ministriles de Marsias, Sacqueboutiers de Toulouse, and many more.Winner of the “Città di Asti” International Trombone Competition (Italy) and prize winner at the Toulouse International Early Brass Competition (France), Simeon has also premiered works by renowned composers and recorded for Naxos, Deutsche Grammophon, Decca, and Sony.Alongside his orchestral career, Simeon is a passionate educator, teaching at both the Royal Conservatory of Music in Madrid (R.C.S.M.M.) and the Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya (ESMUC).
