With an acoustic design based on our wildly popular Serenade clarinets, the new Esprit (LCL402N) blends superior performance with the rugged strength needed for a student clarinetist. 

The bedrock of the new Leblanc Esprit clarinets is the superior acoustic design. We apply this design to our specially aged and processed grenadilla wood via a unique blend of cutting-edge CNC technology and old-fashioned hand, craftsmanship. This unique approach to clarinet making offers the young musician an instrument that is easy to play, rich sounding and, most importantly, plays in tune with itself.  

The keywork of the new Esprit is pure, classic Leblanc.  This “pro” styled key work is slim, lightweight, and perfectly placed for comfort and efficiency.  Though slight in appearance, these keys are drop forged from nickel silver and thickly plated making them extremely strong and durable.  

Finally, we’ve innovated with the barrel of the Esprit.  This new ringless design is not only lightweight and resonant but gives the clarinet a sleek profile that will stand out in a crowd.
