Description
Musser’s 4.0-octave marimbas feature fixed-width bars ranging from C3 to C7, on a five-position height adjustable folding frame. The M31 “Windsor II” model has Kelon® bars, while the M32 “Studio” model has African Padauk bars. Oval aluminum resonators are used in the lowest octave to accommodate the narrower bars and produce excellent resonance, while the silver vein powder coat finish provides added durability and scratch resistance. The superb sound and easy portability make Musser’s 4.0-octave marimbas the ideal instruments for the touring professional or student.

Featuring non-graduated Kelon® bars and cart-style frames, the Windsor II is adaptable to any performing environment. Oval aluminum resonators with silver vein powder coat finish provide excellent resonance as well as added durability and scratch resistance. Standard tuning is to A = 442 Hz, alternate tunings are also available.
